  CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that we need to cancel the show, all entry fees will be refunded.    
   

Stalls are $20.00 for the week-end. Straw bedding is provided.
  Stall sizes are 8' x 10' and 10' x 10'. 
   
  
          REFUNDING POLICY
Any entries cancelled before May 1st will be refunded 50% . After that date no entries will be refunded.
                Awards
Ribbons will be given for the first 4 placings in each class.
Color champion ribbons will be awarded for huacayas & suris if there are a minimun of 10 huacayas and 6 suris.
All alpacas at the show must have been tested for the BVD virus to prove they are not persistently infected (PI). A lab report will need to be shown at check-in. This test will only need to be done once in the animal's lifetime.

If you would like a display other than a herdsire you are able to have a 10' x 10' space with the vendor booths for $50.00. This is only the space you will need to supply everything else.
